By placing an order on IronNode.in, you agree to the following strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy After Purchase

Once a VPS or server has been purchased and provisioned, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase
• Non-compatibility with third-party software or applications
• Resource usage dissatisfaction
• Delays caused by external providers or upstream issues
• Suspension or termination due to policy violations (e.g., abuse, spamming, illegal activities)

2. Exceptions (If Any)

The only cases where a refund may be considered are:

• If we are unable to deliver your VPS/server within 48 hours of successful payment and provisioning request.
• If there is a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved within 24 hours of your first support ticket (and before using the server extensively).

All exception-based refunds are subject to review and are not guaranteed.

3. Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first will result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account and services
• Permanent ban from using IronNode services in the future
• Legal action in case of fraudulent claims

We request that you contact our support team at support@ironnode.in for any concerns or clarifications before escalating the matter externally.

4. Responsibility of the Buyer

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected server plan fits their needs before placing an order.
• Trial servers are not provided, and customers are expected to research or contact support with queries before purchasing.
