By using the services provided by IronNode ("we", "our", "us") through our website https://ironnode.in, you ("Client", "User", "Customer") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
IronNode provides Linux VPS, reseller VPS, and related hosting services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of our terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of our services.
3. Usage Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or phishing content
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails
- Illegal activities including hacking, warez, fraud, or anything that violates Indian or international law
- CPU, disk, or bandwidth abuse beyond what is reasonably allocated for your plan
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without notice or refund.
4. Resource Limits
Each VPS plan comes with fixed resources (RAM, CPU, bandwidth). If your usage exceeds these limits and impacts server performance, we may:
- Suspend the service temporarily
- Recommend a plan upgrade
- Terminate the service in severe cases
5. Payment and Billing
- All prices are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment must be made in advance for all services.
- We accept Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, and UPI.
- Services will be provisioned only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
IronNode follows a no refund policy unless explicitly stated on the product page. Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- If the server is not provisioned within 48 hours of payment
- If technical issues are reported within 24 hours and cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Abuse or violation of our policies
- Change of mind
- Downtime caused by third-party providers
7. Service Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:
- You fail to pay invoices on time
- You violate our Acceptable Use Policy
- We are instructed by law enforcement or court orders
We may provide notice via email, but in urgent cases, immediate suspension may occur.
8. Backups and Data
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we may offer backup solutions, we do not guarantee their availability or integrity. IronNode is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
IronNode shall not be held liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages
- Downtime caused by upstream providers, software issues, or force majeure
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation
Use of our services is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold IronNode harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of this agreement.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date”. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
